Xenonerantzia villa is a house of 260sqm, in a property of 4600sqm, with olive and fruit trees, wild flora and a vegetable garden. It is a three floored detached house with an attic.
In the ground floor there are:
1. A big country-style kitchen, fully equipped.
2. A separate dining-room.
3. A living-room* with a sound-system, a large TV set, board games, e-games(Wii), a bookcase, and a fire-place.

5. A bedroom with a double-bed, ensuite bathroom (with both a bath tub and a shower) and a private balcony.
